Job Description

Sunbelt is seeking a full-time BCBA to join the team in providing high-quality behavior analytic services for students ranging from early childhood to 8th grade in Frankfort, IL.

Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and mentor behavior technicians and staff.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to implement behavior plans consistently.
Provide staff training on behavior management strategies.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Contribute to IEP development and multidisciplinary team meetings.
Ensure documentation meets agency and state standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

BCBA certification required in the state of IL.
Experience working with children in early childhood through 8th grade preferred.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and interventions.
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, parents, and other professionals.
