What You'll Do:

  • Facilitate communication between students who are deaf or hard of hearing and their peers, teachers, and other school staff.
  • Interpret classroom instruction, discussions, and other educational activities to ensure access and participation for students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional development.


  • EIPA score of 4.0 or NIC required.
  • Experience working as a Sign Language Interpreter preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to supporting students' communication and educational goals.
