Job Post: Full-Time Special Education Teacher (Elementary)

Location: West Chester, PA

Calling all licensed Special Education Teachers near West Chester, PA! If you are ready for an exciting opportunity to work with about 12 elementary students with diverse disabilities, we want you on our team! Join us in creating an inclusive and nurturing learning environment!

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction and unwavering support to elementary students with various disabilities
Develop and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) catered to each student's unique needs
Engage students with creative teaching methods to enhance academic progress and motivation
Cultivate a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere to foster student growth and confidence
Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to ensure seamless learning experiences

Requirements:

A valid license as a Special Education Teacher
Proven experience in effectively working with elementary students with diverse disabilities
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field
Exceptional communication, organization, and classroom management skills
