Job Opportunity: Director of Nursing (Contract - 13 Weeks)

Location: Houston, Texas

Responsibilities: As the Director of Nursing, you'll oversee the management of our Skilled Nursing Facility. Your role involves leading, directing, and supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure the delivery of top-tier patient care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, directing, and supporting personnel for optimal patient care delivery.
  • Planning, implementing, reviewing, and controlling operating budgets.
  • Managing staffing needs effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
  • Fostering high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Implementing and overseeing performance improvement processes.
  • Ensuring the delivery of quality care to all residents.
  • Implementing facility policies and procedures effectively.


  • Nursing degree and active Texas RN license.
  • Proven experience in nursing management or directorial roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent budgeting and operational management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance in healthcare.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Ability to lead performance improvement initiatives effectively.
