Sunbelt is seeking a compassionate and experienced Digital Psychologist to join our team in Colorado. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide remote support and guidance to individuals in need of psychological services. As a Digital Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients overcome challenges, improve their mental well-being, and thrive in their daily lives.

Responsibilities: As a Digital Psychologist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting remote psychological assessments to gain insights into clients' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns.
  • Providing virtual counseling and therapy sessions to individuals of various ages and backgrounds.
  • Developing personalized treatment plans and interventions to address clients' specific needs and goals.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Offering guidance and support to clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client sessions and progress.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed as a Psychologist in the state of Colorado or eligible for licensure.
  • Experience providing psychological services, preferably in a remote or telehealth setting.
  • Proficiency in conducting remote assessments and utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal requirements related to psychological practice.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with and support clients.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to understanding clients' experiences.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technological tools for remote work.
