About Us: Sunbelt has partnered with a school district who is seeking a dedicated Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) to join their special education team.

Job Description: As a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) at Sunbelt, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who are deaf or hard of hearing to achieve their academic and developmental goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with classroom teachers and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with hearing loss..
  • Conducting assessments to evaluate students' progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Valid Wisconsin certification as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH).
  • Experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing in an educational setting.
