Job Description

Explore the picturesque town of Ocean, WA, while fulfilling a 13-week travel contract as a Nurse Practitioner. This full-time position entails conducting comprehensive clinical assessments, developing individualized care plans, and fostering collaborative relationships with residents and healthcare professionals.


  • Momday through Friday (8am to 5pm),


  • Perform detailed clinical assessments to establish personalized care plans for residents
  • Engage in advanced discussions on illness trajectories to set achievable goals of care
  • Develop thorough problem lists and effective medical treatment plans for each resident
  • Administer primary, preventive, urgent, or acute care onsite as required
  • Identify and prioritize high-risk patients, scheduling frequent clinical visits and devising contingency plans
  • Collaborate closely with residents' primary care physicians and maintain post-visit communications with responsible parties
  • Provide routine patient care in designated facilities, including hands-on bedside care and coordination with facility staff
  • Conduct single visits for patients transitioning from hospitals to facilities, ensuring a seamless transition process


  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington
  • Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Minimum of 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience
  • Active certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
