Job Title: Travel CT Tech

Location: McAlester, OK

Job Type: Travel/Contract

Shift:

  • Friday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM
  • Sunday: 7:00 AM - 11:30 PM

Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel CT Tech to join our team in McAlester, OK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for operating CT equipment, performing diagnostic imaging procedures, and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT scans on patients as per physician orders.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
  • Maintain and operate CT equipment effectively and safely.
  • Review and evaluate images for quality and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and protocols, including infection control and safety measures.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain records.

Requirements:

  • Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certified.
  • Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) certified.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech in a hospital setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in operating CT equipment and performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Licensure: Must hold a valid state license to practice as a CT Tech in Oklahoma.
