Contracted Health Educator Public Health Administrator

A Public Health Administrator is needed in Chicago, IL for a full-time position. The ideal candidate would be flexible with their work schedule and have the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Please see more details below: 

Job Duties: 

• Deliver community-facing and provider-focused educational materials on health care access and other resources 

• Implement and maintain several projects at one time  

• Set clear goals and meet deadlines  

• Make sure that the resources being relayed meet health literacy standards 

• Report all progress to supervisors  

• Develop and manage a web domain for health information  

• Develop and manage a web domain for chronic diseases  

Job Details: 

• 35 Hour work weeks 

• 8am-4pm 

• Contracted for 52 weeks 

• Monday-Friday position 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a relative field supplemented by two years of progressively responsible experience in the administration of public health programs, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
