Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a long-term care facility in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia.

This is an 8-week contract position with the possibility of extension upon successful completion.

The LPN will work full-time, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts available in the following schedules: Days (6a-2p), Evenings (2p-10p), and Nights (10p-6a). While overtime may be available, it is not guaranteed.


  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in our long-term care facility
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Assist in activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents


  • Valid and current LPN license in the state of West Virginia
  • Previous experience in a long-term care facility is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
