Job Description


  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide direct care and support to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary
  • Ensure residents' safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Support residents' social and emotional well-being through meaningful interactions and companionship
  • Document resident care activities accurately and timely


  • Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of West Virginia
  • Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar healthcare setting is preferred
  • Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Job Details: 

  • 8-13 Week Contract, possibility to extend 
  • Full-Time, 40 hours per week 
  • Morning, Evening, Midnight Shift
  • 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility
