Sunbelt Staffing, a reputable healthcare staffing agency, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Home Health LPN (Local/Travel) for an exciting opportunity in Pensacola, Florida. If you are a dedicated LPN with proficiency in homecare/homebase, possess at least one year of experience in Home Health, and hold a valid BLS certification accredited through the American Heart Association, we want to hear from you!
**Position:** Home Health LPN (Local/Travel)
**Location:** Pensacola, Florida
**Requirements:**
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in Florida
- BLS certification accredited through the American Heart Association
- Minimum of one year of experience in Home Health
- Proficiency in homecare/homebase software
**Shift:** Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients
- Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Document patient care accurately and timely using homecare/homebase software
- Educate patients and their families on proper home care techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
