Job Description

Sunbelt is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year in a school district near Columbus, Ohio. This full-time position involves working with elementary students. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs and progress.
  • Implement therapy plans and interventions as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the supervising Occupational Therapist.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Ohio.

Schedule and Compensation:

  • Full-time - 37.5 hours per week.
  • August 2024 - May 2025
  • Competitive hourly rate.

As an employee of Sunbelt, you will be paid weekly and your compensation package will be based off your needs. This is an hourly paid position, W2, and full-time applicants are eligible for dental, health, and vision benefits, as well as 401k.
