Job Description

Virtual School Psychologist


  • Conduct assessments, including cognitive and emotional assessments, to identify students' strengths and weaknesses.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide counseling and support to students dealing with emotional and behavioral issues.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and prevention efforts.
  • Conduct remote sessions with students to address their specific needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to support students' academic and emotional well-being.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in school psychology and teletherapy.


  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
  • State licensure as a School Psychologist.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a School Psychologist, preferably in K-12 settings.
  • Strong understanding of the IEP process and experience in developing and implementing IEPs.
  • Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and digital assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Dedicated, reliable, and adaptable to remote work environments.
