Job Description

Located in Helena, MT, this 26-week contract offers flexible scheduling with 8-hour shifts available during days, evenings, or nights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to patients in a behavioral health or psychiatric environment
  • Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and assist with daily living activities
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and de-escalation skills to maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
  • Collaborate effectively with nursing and behavioral health teams
  • Maintain professionalism and calm demeanor under pressure

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification for the state
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • Prior experience working in psychiatric or behavioral health settings preferred
  • Strong observational skills and ability to handle challenging situations with composure
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
