Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – School-Based

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Start Date: 02/27/2025 – End Date: 05/27/2025
Hours per Week: 40
School Assignment: 1 School 
Caseload: 5th & 6th grade students (35 students with varying levels of needs)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join Sycamore Community City Schools for a short-term school-based assignment. The SLP will work with 5th and 6th grade students to provide evaluation, intervention, and support for a variety of speech and language needs.

Responsibilities:

-Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
-Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success
-Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
-Provide engaging therapy tailored to each student's unique needs

Qualifications:

-Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-Active SLP-CCC License (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
-Ohio SLP Licensure (or ability to obtain)
-School-based experience preferred, but not required
