An administrative professional is needed to assist in the daily operations, data management and customer service for a Home and Business protection program that will provide financial and technical assistance/reimbursement for residents in the City of Chicago to equip their homes with security devices such as cameras and lights in efforts to prevent and deter criminal activity.
Duties:

  • Customer and Vendor communication management
  • Weekly status reports
  • Inventory management
  • Drafting and forming PowerPoint presentations for the program management team
  • Scheduling and attending meetings as well as notetaking at meetings


Required Experience:

  • Contract & Data management
  • Vouchering
  • RFP formation
  • Presentations and communications

Schedule: M-F 9a-5p, 35 hours/week
