Job Description

Sunbelt staffing is hiring for a Surgical Technician in Plymouth, NH. If you are looking for a new opportunity, Sunbelt is seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of experience for this 13 week position. This is a great chance for any Surgical Technician seeking travel experience.
Job description/ requirements:

  • Must be able to scrub all routine and emergent cases in Ortho, General, Gynecological, and C-Sections
  • Critical Care Access Hospital experience
  • High proficiency/experience in Ortho cases
  • Must be OK to assist with duties in Decontam, Sterile Processing, and Endoscopy
  • Position requirements include, performing basic duties of a surgical technologist.  
  • Sterilize equipment and make sure that there are adequate supplies for surgery.
  • Ready patients for surgery, such as by washing and disinfecting incision sites. 
  • Help surgeons during surgery by passing them instruments and other sterile supplies.

  • 13 weeks
  • Shift:32 HOUR GUARANTEE! Mon-Thur 6:45a - 3:15p. If on weekend call, 1 day off during week preceding call. Occasional Friday in the event of emergent cases. (32 hrs - More than made up w/ "on call" hours)
  • Weekend: Rotating: Start at 0700 Friday morning ending at 0700 Monday morning. MUST be able to respond within 30 minutes:
  • Call: One or more nights per week and one or more weekend per month. - average of 7 calls/month
