Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing, a leading healthcare staffing agency, is currently seeking a Certified Scrub Tech to join our team in Dyersburg, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for ensuring that surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and prepared for surgery.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment for use in surgery
Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
Maintain a clean and organized surgical environment
Assist with patient positioning and preparation for surgery
Maintain accurate records of surgical supplies and equipment

Requirements:

Certification as a Scrub Tech
Minimum of 2 year of experience in a surgical setting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
