Length of Assignment: 14 weeks
Hours per Week: 40
Shift and Time: 0700-1700
Weekend Rotation: Required
On-call Requirements: Call in rotation with other techs

We are currently seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to join our team for a 14-week contract. The ideal candidate will have cath lab experience with interventional and diagnostic left heart caths, right heart caths w/wo biopsy, structural hearts cases: TAVR, Mitraclip, PFO, ASD repair, Watchman, vascular cases: peripheral run-offs, EVARS, TEVARS. The candidate must have a current ARRT (R) license and BLS, ACLS certification.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct interventional and diagnostic left heart caths, right heart caths w/wo biopsy, structural hearts cases: TAVR, Mitraclip, PFO, ASD repair, Watchman, vascular cases: peripheral run-offs, EVARS, TEVARS.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in the cath lab team to provide high-quality patient care.
Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and draping.
Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any changes in their condition.
Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in the electronic medical record.
Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Current ARRT (R) license.
BLS, ACLS certification.
Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience.
Ability to conduct interventional and diagnostic left heart caths, right heart caths w/wo biopsy, structural hearts cases: TAVR, Mitraclip, PFO, ASD repair, Watchman, vascular cases: peripheral run-offs, EVARS, TEVARS.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as needed.
