About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Travel Cath Lab Technologist to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in supporting cardiologists during interventional cardiac procedures. You will ensure smooth workflow, optimal patient care, and meticulous documentation while assisting with life-saving procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to prepare for and assist with cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Operate and maintain sterile equipment within the Cath Lab.
  • Monitor patient vitals and document procedures accurately and thoroughly.
  • Prioritize patient safety and well-being throughout the procedure.
  • Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all infection control protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Cath Lab technologies and procedures.

Shift:

  • 10-hour shifts with varying start and end times (7:00 AM - 7:30 AM start times, ending by 6:00 PM). 

Requirements:

  • Must be a licensed ARRT Cath Lab Technologist (CLT) or MRT (through the state of Texas) OR hold a valid RCIS certification with an additional LMRT (Limited Medical Radiologic Tech) or MRT certification.
  • Must possess current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist in a hospital setting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
