Job Description

Sunbelt is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker for a contracted position near Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other educational professionals to develop strategies that enhance students' overall well-being and academic success.
Organize and facilitate group sessions, workshops, and presentations on various topics such as bullying prevention, conflict resolution, and mental health awareness.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions, progress notes, and case documentation.
