Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Paraprofessional to join our team for a contracted position near Naperville, Illinois. Your primary responsibility will be to assist teachers and staff in fostering a positive and effective learning environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers to provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students in various subjects.
Support students with special needs, ensuring their inclusion and participation in classroom activities.
Monitor student progress and behavior, documenting observations and communicating with teachers and parents as necessary.
Assist in preparing instructional materials and classroom setup to facilitate learning.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other non-classroom activities.
