Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Beachmont, MA
Position Type: Full-time
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Contracted Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within a school in the Beachmont, MA area. In this role, you will work with K-5th grade students to provide behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child study teams and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the consistent implementation of behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Provide training and support to school staff and parents on behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Participate in child study team meetings to contribute expertise in behavioral analysis and intervention.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related fields
  • Valid Massachusetts BCBA licensure.
  • Experience working with K-5th grade students in school or clinical settings.
  • Strong background in child study teams and the special education process.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
