Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Beachmont, MA
Position Type: Full-time
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Contracted Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work within a school in the Beachmont, MA area. In this role, you will work with K-5^th grade students to provide behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child study teams and a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the consistent implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans.
Provide training and support to school staff and parents on behavioral strategies and interventions.
Participate in child study team meetings to contribute expertise in behavioral analysis and intervention.

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis or a related fields
Valid Massachusetts BCBA licensure.
Experience working with K-5^th grade students in school or clinical settings.
Strong background in child study teams and the special education process.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
