Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team and support students in a K-12 setting in Lynn, MA.

As a BCBA, you will develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address a range of behavioral challenges. You will work closely with students, teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students with behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
Design and monitor behavior programs, adjusting as needed.
Work with teachers and staff to integrate behavior strategies.
Track and analyze data to adjust interventions.
Train staff and parents on behavior management techniques.
Provide support and manage challenging behaviors.
Communicate regularly with parents about progress and strategies.
Ensure adherence to regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required in the state of MA.
Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in managing behavioral challenges, is preferred.
