Job Description

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the team and support students in a K-12 setting in Lynn, MA.

As a BCBA, you will develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address a range of behavioral challenges. You will work closely with students, teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students with behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
  • Design and monitor behavior programs, adjusting as needed.
  • Work with teachers and staff to integrate behavior strategies.
  • Track and analyze data to adjust interventions.
  • Train staff and parents on behavior management techniques.
  • Provide support and manage challenging behaviors.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about progress and strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required in the state of MA.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in managing behavioral challenges, is preferred.
