Initially, this is a 13-week contract, with the potential for extensions based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care and support to individuals facing mental health conditions.
  • Contribute to creating a safe and nurturing environment for patients.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Monitor and report any changes or concerns about patients' well-being to appropriate personnel.
  • Engage patients in therapeutic activities and offer vital emotional support.
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise documentation of patient interactions and progress.


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in behavioral health settings.
  • Demonstrate a strong record of attendance and a reliable work ethic.
  • No need for LNA or CNA certification.
  • Ideal candidates will have a background in psychology studies, experience in group home environments, or prior involvement with mental health populations.
  • Customer service experience and a genuine commitment to working with individuals facing mental health challenges are highly valued.
