Job Description

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to join our team in a middle school setting in New Milford, CT.

As an RBT, you will work closely with students who have behavioral and developmental challenges. You will be under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students during class time
  • Collect and record behavioral data to monitor student progress
  • Assist with classroom management and facilitate behavior management strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and BCBA to ensure consistency and success in interventions
