Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is now interviewing licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to work full-time at a school near Four Towns, MI. This job will be located on-site. If you are interested in this Behavior Analyst job, please review the details below before applying.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree 
  • Active MI BCBA Licensure
  • Strong school-based experience
  • Experience working with Special Education students 

Job Details:

  • Full-Time
  • Caseload: K-5th
  • Assess, design, implement, and supervise individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) treatment programs for students
  • Provide high quality supervision to RBTs to nurture their skills
  • Crafting high quality and timely notes, behavioral improvement plans, positive behavioral support plans, functional analysis reports
  • Knowledge of school-based services and Individual Education Plans (IEP)
  • Attend IEP meetings to present the students’ performance, progress on current goals, and propose new goals to the school.
  • Document progress on goals in order to inform treatment modifications
