BCBA Needed Near Saratoga, CA
Sunbelt is assisting a local district in seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) near Stanford, CA. As a BCBA, you will provide behavior analysis services to students with disabilities and collaborate with teachers and other professionals to design and implement behavior intervention plans. Your role will involve conducting assessments, collecting data, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for behavioral and instructional strategies to help students achieve their academic and behavioral goals.
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students with challenging behaviors.
Provide staff training on evidence-based behavior intervention strategies and positive behavior support practices.
Collect and analyze data on student behavior and academic performance to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BSPs)
Conduct parent conferences and provide support to parents on behavior management strategies.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise on behavior analysis and positive behavior support practices.
Adhere to ethical standards of conduct and professional guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Job Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
