Job Description

A nurse with starts of care and admissions experience for home health patients is needed for a 13 week contract.

Requirements:

RN Licensure
One year of recent home health experience
Active BLS Certification through American Heart
Experience with HCHB, Oasis, and Outlook
Home-to-home workload experience

40 Hours/Week
8a-5p
Mileage reimbursement
