Agency Licensed Practical Nurse Job in Jane Lew, WV

Jane Lew, WV is looking for an Agency LPN who can work together with staff in a Long Term Care facility.  Daily job duties would require medication administration, patient observation and supervision of CNAs.

Assignment details: 

• Full Time Hours weekly
• Various shifts available
• 8 hour shifts
• 13 week assignment
• 1 year of prior LPN experience

Educational requirements:

• LPN License – State of West Virginia (or compact)
  • WV Cares Program - must be in the program with clearance
• BLS Certification required by AHA
