Agency Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job in East Longmeadow, MA

East Longmeadow, MA is looking for an Agency Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is responsible for a variety of tasks in a nursing home. Additional requirements include, being able to think quickly and communicate effectively as needed.  Professionalism and dependability for shift is required.

Job details:

• Medication Administration
• Patient observation
• Communication with physician
• Charting
   

Assignment details:

• Full time hours each week - 40 hours
• 8 hour shifts available - Days, Evenings and Nights
• 8 - 13 week assignments with opportunities of extensions
• 1 year of prior experience required.

Educational Requirements

• Active LPN License - State of Massachusetts (or compact)
• Current BLS Certificate by AHA
