Ready to ignite your passion for speech therapy in a dynamic school setting? Sunbelt Staffing is on the hunt for a spirited Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)  to join our crew near Port St. Lucie, Florida for the 2024/2025 school year.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hr/week)
  • Grade Levels: High School
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders.
    • Develop personalized treatment plans and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Implement evidence-based practices to enhance speech fluency, articulation, language comprehension, and pragmatic skills.
    • Provide direct therapy services addressing a variety of speech and language disorders, including phonological disorders, stuttering, and expressive/receptive language delays.
    • Educate families and caregivers on effective strategies and resources to support ongoing communication development.

Qualifications:

  • Active SLP License in the state of Florida
  • Master's Degree in Speech and Communication Disorders.
  • Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
