Job Description

Sunbelt is looking to hire an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based position in Downieville, CO, for the 23/24 school year. Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to integrate OT goals into students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Monitor and document students' progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and prepare progress reports for IEP meetings
Provide training and support to teachers and staff regarding strategies to enhance students' functional abilities in the classroom environment

Job Qualifications:

Valid Colorado OT License
Master's degree in OT from an accredited program
Knowledge of special education laws and regulations, including IDEA and IEP processes
