22/23 NSY PT Physical Therapist - K-12 School - Gary, IN

An experienced Physical Therapist (PT) is needed to work in the Gary, IN area with students for the upcoming 22/23 school year.

Caseload: 

• The hired PT will be working with K-12th grade students and will be required to float to different school campuses within the district.

The hired PT must provide proof of:

• Active Indiana Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Active school certification
• Master's or Doctorial Level Degree in Physical Therapy

Contract Dates/Shifts:

• 8/2022 - 5/2023
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Normal school hours, Mon-Fri
• No overtime or weekends
• No paid holiday/school breaks
