Join our team as a Home Health Physical Therapist in Bluffton, SC, for a 13-week contract. Provide compassionate care with at least one year of experience. Collaborate with patients to improve movement and manage pain through a personalized treatment plan. Evaluate and record patient progress. Daytime shifts with 40 hours per week. Requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and BLS (AHA) certification.
