Job Title: One-on-One Elementary School Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Medford, NJ
Job Type: Full-time
Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) seeking a fulfilling opportunity to support the health and well-being of elementary school students? If so, we have an exciting position available for you in Medford, NJ.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct one-on-one nursing care to an assigned elementary school student.
Administer medications and perform medical procedures as prescribed by the student's healthcare plan.
Monitor the student's health condition and respond promptly to any medical emergencies or concerns.
Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans.
Assess and document the student's health status, progress, and any changes in medical needs.
Educate and train school staff on the student's medical condition and appropriate procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
Experience working as an RN in a pediatric or school setting is preferred.
Ability to provide compassionate and individualized care to elementary school students.
Knowledge of pediatric healthcare procedures, medication administration, and emergency response protocols.
