Job Description:
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Illinois looking for a flexible, work-from-home opportunity? VocoVision is seeking experienced SLPs to provide virtual speech therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Responsibilities:

  • Teletherapy Sessions: Conduct engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions using VocoVision’s cutting-edge teletherapy technology.
  • Assessment & Treatment: Evaluate students’ speech and language abilities and create individualized treatment plans to meet their needs.
  • Collaborative Support: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure the success of each student.
  • Progress Monitoring: Keep detailed records of therapy sessions and regularly assess student progress to adjust treatment as needed.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep updated on advancements in speech therapy practices and teletherapy tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Licensure: Active Illinois SLP license.
  • Certification: ASHA CCC-SLP certification is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school or pediatric setting.
  • Technology Skills: Comfortable using teletherapy software and other digital tools.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor (1099).
