Position Overview

We are seeking a Remote School Psychologist to join our dynamic team, providing essential psychological services to students across Ohio from a fully remote setting. This role is suited for a dedicated professional skilled in telepsychology, committed to fostering student mental health and academic achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtual Psychological Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' cognitive, behavioral, and emotional needs using remote assessment tools.
  • Development of Intervention Plans: Create and implement tailored intervention strategies that support the psychological and educational development of students.
  • Teletherapy Services: Provide ongoing counseling and support through virtual platforms, helping students cope with emotional and psychological challenges.
  • Collaboration and Advocacy: Work closely with school staff and parents to advocate for and implement practices that promote a supportive learning environment.
  • Crisis Management: Act as a primary responder in situations of psychological crisis, providing immediate support and follow-up care as necessary.
  • Program Evaluation and Enhancement: Participate in the review and enhancement of school-based mental health programs, ensuring they are effective and meet the evolving needs of students.


  • Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, with a focus on school psychology.
  • Certification: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a School Psychologist in Ohio.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in school psychology, with significant proficiency in virtual service delivery.
  • Skills: Expertise in using digital assessment tools and teletherapy platforms, strong diagnostic and intervention skills.
  • Personal Attributes: Compassionate, ethical, and proactive in promoting mental health awareness and interventions.

Work Environment

  • Remote Position: This role requires a professional home office setup that ensures privacy and confidentiality for all sessions and communications.
