• Referral Rewards – We’re always looking for exceptional care providers, which is why you can earn up to $1,000 a year for each healthcare professional you refer. You’ll receive $250 upon completion of each 13-week period worked per referral for their first year. It’s our way of rewarding the travelers who make care possible.

• S.T.A.R. – Sunbelt’s Therapist Appreciation Rewards - The more travel therapy assignments you take, the more rewards you’ll receive when you join S.T.A.R.  From paid vacation bonuses to continuing education reimbursements, your assignments will afford you benefits beginning on your first day.
  • Vacation Bonuses – After the completion of your second 13-week assignment, you’ll be eligible for a paid vacation bonus of $1,000. You’ll be eligible for this vacation bonus each and every time you complete a full 26 weeks on assignment with us.  That’s $2,000 each year!
  • State Licensure Reimbursement – We want to enable you to work wherever you desire. That’s why we help offset the cost of state licensure. Just complete one 13-week assignment with Sunbelt and you’ll benefit from a reimbursement of up to $150 which is made available at the end of each contract.
  • “It’s Your Choice” Reimbursement – We know travel expenses and the need for continuing education comes with the job.  So, for each 13-week assignment you complete, you become eligible to receive up to $150 as a reimbursement for any airline ticket or continuing education credits.
  • AAA Membership – As soon as you begin your first assignment, you can take advantage of one of the best roadside assistance programs available.  We’ll reimburse you the costs of AAA membership so you can be confident that you are safe when you travel!
