S.T.A.R. – Sunbelt’s Therapist Appreciation Rewards
The more contract school assignments you take, the more rewards you’ll receive when you join our S.T.A.R. program. From paid vacation bonuses to continuing education, your assignments will allow you to start accruing benefits from day one!
- Vacation Bonuses –After the completion of 1040 hours on assignment with Sunbelt, you’ll be eligible for a paid vacation bonus of $1,000. You’ll be eligible for this vacation bonus each and every time you complete 1040 hours on assignment with us.
- Professional or State Licensure Reimbursement –Nothing should hold you back from working wherever you desire. That’s why we help offset the cost of state licensure. Just complete your first 520 hours on assignment with Sunbelt and you’ll benefit from a reimbursement of up to $150 which is made available at the end of each subsequent job.
- “It’s Your Choice” Reimbursement – A little extra cash can help when you’ve got travel expenses or continuing education costs. When you complete 825 hours on assignment, you’re eligible to receive up to $150 as a reimbursement for any airline ticket or continuing education credits.
