Occupational Therapist Job in Colorado Springs, CO

Location: Colorado Springs, CO   Category: Schools - OT   Type: Contract

Sunbelt Staffing has an immediate opening for a Contract Occupational Therapist for next school year in the beautiful Colorado Springs, CO area.

This position is full time (37.5) and is for the entire school year ending in June. Caseload is approximately 38 students ages ranging from Elementary to High School aged children. Disabilities are mostly mild to moderate, with a some Autism students. OT will be required to do Evaluations and bill Medicaid.

Client has several staff Occupational Therapists (including OTAs) that can provide additional support if needed. New Graduates Welcome to Apply. Pediatric and/or school based experience is a plus but not required.

REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Therapists must hold a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy. Candidate will also be required to hold an Occupational Therapy License for the State of Colorado; Candidate MUST be certified through the NBCOT. Sunbelt Staffing can assist with required licensure process.
