Sunbelt Staffing is seeking to hire a full time Contract OT to work in a school setting in NC from now until the end of the school year. This position is only minutes away from the Coast of North Carolina and Wilmington.
This OT school job opportunity is a full time position (37.5 hours) and follows the school calendar. Primary caseload is Elementary but OT will also be servicing Middle School students too. Occupational Therapist will be traveling between two (2) schools sites approximately one or two days per week. Both schools are located only minutes a part and Client will reimburse the standard IRS mileage rate and Travel Time. Contract OT will have the availability to arrange his/her schedule regarding the middle school. Caseload is very small and manageable, approximately 40 students with mild to moderate disabilities. .
Client will consider new graduate Occupational Therapists since District can provide supervision but prefers school based experience if possible.
QUALIFICATIONS: Qualified Occupational Therapists MUST possess a Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy; OT MUST be certified through the NBCOT; OT MUST hold or be eligible to acquire an active NC OT State License.
