Sumter South Carolina is looking for Home Visit Nurse Practitioners to complete home visits for the Medicare Advantage program. If you are a nurse practitioner looking for full time, part time or flexible scheduling this job is for you.

Qualified Nurse Practitioners will be willing to travel throughout Sumter South Carolina and perform home visits for the geriatric population. Nurse Practitioners meeting this criteria will be offered:
